Hi Lovelies!!! Thanksgiving is just around the corner! It’s always one of my favorite holidays. Dressing for it can be a little tricky…you know you’re probably going to over-indulge so you definitely don’t want to wear anything too body hugging. I came up with three really cute options for different vibes. I know everyone has different holiday traditions. Hopefully these looks inspire you! ♥
Look 1: An option if you’re going to be somewhere warm. I’ll be heading down to Orlando to visit my family and it’s looking like it’ll be in the high 70’s! I’m not complaining 🙂 This is a cute little denim-like dress from Lulu’s (one of my favorites for online shopping). It’s a little too long for me and pretty shapeless, but a waist belt did the trick! It defined my waist while allowing me to adjust the length to fit me. I’m only 5’1″ so I run into this problem alllll the time. Let’s just say I’ve invested in a lot of belts!
p.s. my little pup Kane made an appearance! I have a feeling he’ll be showing up a lot 🙂
Look 2: I love this look. I’m a sucker for anything burgundy. These faux leather leggings are actually by Spanx! They literally suck you in…it’s amazing. You could just as easily wear regular cotton leggings and it would be such a comfortable outfit. I wanted to wear a looser tank with this so I didn’t feel constricted it all. I picked these adorable booties up at DSW! I was so pumped. What a great find. And of course I added a choker…I have a major choker addiction right now. They bring the perfect amount of sexy to any outfit!
Look 3: This look is a little more sexy with the over-the-knee boots, but so on trend! I might end up wearing this on one of our date nights coming up. This dress is actually a top! I know, I know, but I’m so short it actually works as a dress for me. The best part? It’s convertible! The top can convert to a regular cowl neck. It would be more like a tunic for me when worn like that, but how great is that? It’s basically like I got more than one piece when I bought this. It’s also unbelievably soft.
Side Note: I got this new lip color and it’s absolutely stunning!! Here’s a close-up to show you. It’s Lumiere by Colourpop lip liner and matte lippie stick — they’re only $5 each and the formula is amazing. I was getting major fall vibes when I wore this makeup look and lovedddd how it looked with heather grey!
Anyways, I should go workout now…I hope this post gave you some outfit inspiration!
